Rehabilitation

Inpatient Rehabilitation

RRCOOC provides a structured rehabilitation environment, up to 28 days, for persons who are not in need of medical detoxification. New members are introduced to individualized and tailored therapies that include individual and group counseling sessions, educational lectures, and recreational activities. The daily activities schedule is designed to improve cognitive and behavioral patterns and improve overall functioning. Counseling interventions support skill development to combat chronic patterns of substance use, along with teaching skills for emotions and stress management without reliance on substance use. Treatment is provided under the supervision of a medical director and staffing includes nursing and clinical staff 24 hours, 7 days per week. Individuals who are appropriate for inpatient care may also have co-occurring medical or psychiatric conditions.
Medication-Assisted Treatment Service
Services in rehabilitation are devoted to individualized goals identified on his or her treatment plan. These goals involve personal development and the acquisition of emotional, social, and relapse prevention skills. This process includes more than the resolution of problems. The guiding principle is that the reduction and/or elimination of substances and other self-destructive behavior is only made possible when the client is empowered with the skills and abilities needed to achieve a more positive and fulfilling life. Clients in our rehab program will attend orientation where the program’s philosophy, rules, structure, and rationale are reviewed.

Treatment Model

We believe in integrated, individualized, trauma informed, strengths based, and holistic services that are influenced by research and guided by evidence-based methods.

According to research, the modern integrated care model is the most effective means of treatment for substance use disorders. Our integrated care model at RRCOOC offers coordination of general and behavioral healthcare needs so that all areas of an individual’s health are treated effectively together in a personalized and coordinated treatment plan; whether those services are provided onsite or offsite.

Individualized care means that your treatment planning is tailored to your individual needs.  The duration of the treatment episode, schedule of services, and types of interventions are determined by the ongoing assessment of your goals and progress in treatment. Ongoing assessment and consultation with the multi-disciplinary team helps to determine the appropriate level of care and intensity of services to meet everyone’s needs.

Trauma informed care provides an empathetic lens recognizing the impact of trauma in our clients’ lives and supports the treatment for co-occurring trauma and substance use disorders.

Our strengths-based perspective helps us see that each client has a unique set of strengths that have helped them survive, and by tapping into those strengths we can support lasting recovery from alcohol and substance use disorders.

Where traditional substance use disorder treatment models only offered group and individual counseling, our holistic model affords us the opportunity to provide multi-faceted treatment interventions to address all of your life area needs.
